About the Role

Paydex Technologies is a rapidly growing technology company that is seeking a Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a Business Operations Manager, you will be drive operational efficiency and strategic initiatives across Paydex. You will analyze business performance, optimize internal processes, and collaborate with leadership to scale operations globally. This role requires experience with tools like Notion, Airtable, Google Analytics, SQL dashboards, and Slack to manage workflows, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

This is a fully remote role, but you must be located in the United States. We are hiring immediately.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve operational processes across the organization
• Develop and track key performance metrics (KPIs)
• Collaborate with leadership to execute strategic initiatives
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
• Support business growth through data-driven insight

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US
• 4+ years experience in business operations or strategy roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data tools (SQL, dashboards, analytics)
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage complex projects and priorities
• Experience in fintech or high-growth startups is a plus
• Available to start ASAP
