About the Role
Paydex Technologies is a rapidly growing technology company that is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a Remote Administrative Assistant, you will be provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations across Paydex's distributed teams. You will handle scheduling, documentation, and coordination tasks while supporting multiple departments. This role relies on tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Zoom to manage communication and maintain operational efficiency in a remote environment.
This is a fully remote role, but you must be located in the United States. We are hiring immediately.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling across teams
- Prepare documents, reports, and internal communications
- Coordinate team activities and assist with project tracking
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Assist with travel planning and expense tracking
- Support various departments with administrative needs
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- 2+ years experience in administrative or office support roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and productivity tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Attention to detail and time management
- Available to start ASAP
