About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to oversee daily operations and support our leadership team. This is a fully remote role, but you must be located in the United States. We are hiring immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership
  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Organize travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Track key tasks and follow-ups to ensure execution
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • 2+ years as an executive or administrative assistant
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong problem‑solving and independent decision‑making
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Microsoft Office suite tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Available to start ASAP
