About the Role
We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to oversee daily operations and support our leadership team. This is a fully remote role, but you must be located in the United States. We are hiring immediately.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
- Organize travel arrangements and expense reports
- Track key tasks and follow-ups to ensure execution
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- 2+ years as an executive or administrative assistant
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong problem‑solving and independent decision‑making
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Microsoft Office suite tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Available to start ASAP
