About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Success Manager to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success by managing relationships with Paydex customers. You will onboard new clients, provide ongoing support, and help maximize the value of our platform. 

This is a fully remote role, but you must be located in the United States. We are hiring immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and train new customers
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Monitor customer health and engagement
  • Resolve issues and escalate when necessary
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or expansion
  • Collaborate with product teams to improve user experience

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • 3+ years experience in customer service or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM and support tools (Zendesk, HubSpot)
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and work remotely
  • Available to start ASAP
