About the Role

Paydex Technologies is a rapidly growing technology company that is seeking a Junior Product Manager to join our team. As a Junior Product Manager, you will support the development and delivery of Paydex's product features and user experiences. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to define requirements and ensure successful product execution. This role involves tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Notion, and analytics platforms to manage roadmaps, track progress, and gather insights.

This is a fully remote role, but you must be located in the United States. We are hiring immediately.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining product requirements and specifications
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams
• Track feature development and ensure timely delivery
• Conduct user research and gather feedback
• Analyze product performance and suggest improvements
• Support product roadmap planning

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US
• 1–3 years experience in product management or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience with tools like Jira, Figma, or Notion
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for building user-focused products
• Available to start ASAP
