About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Manager to oversee daily operations and support our leadership team. This is a fully remote role, but you must be located in the United States. We are hiring immediately.
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative operations across the organization
- Coordinate calendars, scheduling, and internal communications
- Maintain documentation, workflows, and process improvements
- Support HR tasks including onboarding and compliance tracking
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and basic financial admin
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal updates
- Identify operational gaps and implement solutions
- Serve as the central point of coordination for the team
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- 3+ years in administrative management, operations, or executive support
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong problem‑solving and independent decision‑making
- Tech‑savvy with modern productivity and project management tools
- Startup or high‑growth experience is a plus
- Available to start ASAP
