About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Manager to oversee daily operations and support our leadership team. This is a fully remote role, but you must be located in the United States. We are hiring immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative operations across the organization
  • Coordinate calendars, scheduling, and internal communications
  • Maintain documentation, workflows, and process improvements
  • Support HR tasks including onboarding and compliance tracking
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and basic financial admin
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal updates
  • Identify operational gaps and implement solutions
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for the team


Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • 3+ years in administrative management, operations, or executive support
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong problem‑solving and independent decision‑making
  • Tech‑savvy with modern productivity and project management tools
  • Startup or high‑growth experience is a plus
  • Available to start ASAP
