Job Title: Project Manager

Location: 100% Remote (US-Based)

About the Role Paydex Technologies is seeking a 100% remote Project Manager based in the United States. In this program delivery, strategic execution, and operations management role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion. You will bridge strategy and execution by aligning internal teams, establishing clear project roadmaps, tracking deliverables, and ensuring all projects are completed on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end project lifecycles, defining scopes, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact across department leads to drive alignment and clear task ownership.
• Identify potential project risks, scope creep, or resource constraints early and proactively implement solutions.
• Facilitate standups, sprint planning sessions, and project status reviews to keep momentum high.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, task boards, and dashboards to provide executive leadership with regular updates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of dedicated experience managing projects, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on proficiency with modern project management tools (Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or Monday.com).
• Superior organizational abilities with a methodical approach to tracking deliverables and dependencies.
• Strong analytical thinking and a track record of successfully navigating shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction or employer sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $85,000 - $130,000 USD per year
